Show brands and agencies your show, video series, podcast, livestream or event – with seasons, numbers, audience and sponsorship packages. They send their requests straight to you.
Free during the launch phase. Pario reviews every account and every format personally. Sign-up, workspace and requests are in German. Sponsoring is a pilot: we are opening it to brands and agencies step by step.
How it works
You create your format once. As soon as Pario has approved it, approved brands and agencies find it under “Sponsoring”.
Step 1
Create your format
Seasons, episodes, channels and cast – so brands see what they sponsor.
Step 2
Share your numbers
Views, downloads, viewers or attendees, depending on the format – every number with its date and source.
Step 3
Offer packages
Presenting partner, product placement, segments or social clips – with a price or on request.
Step 4
Answer requests
Brands and agencies send requests. You start the conversation or decline – contract and invoice run directly between you.

Where the numbers come from
Next to every number it says where it comes from – so brands see at a glance what it is based on. In the German workspace the three labels read “YouTube-Zahl”, “Beleg gesichtet” and “Eigene Angabe”.
YouTube number
If you link episodes or channels on YouTube, Pario reads their public numbers directly from YouTube – for each video and each channel on its own, with the date.
Proof seen
You upload a screenshot or report from the platform's statistics, for example from YouTube Studio. Pario looks at it – only you and Pario see the proof itself.
Own statement
You state all other numbers yourself, with their basis and date. Brands see that it is your statement and can ask for reports in the conversation.
No season released yet? Then you share a forecast and the reach of your cast. Brands see forecasts marked as a forecast.
Packages you can offer
From presenting partner to a custom package – you put together what sponsors can book with you.
Presenting partner
The format runs as “presented by …”: named in the title, the intro and the outro.
Product placement
The product appears in the content – visible on screen or as part of the story.
Own segment
A part of every release belongs to the brand, e.g. a challenge, a feature or a game.
Ad spot or host read
A spot or a read by the hosts – at the start, in the middle or at the end.
Social clips
Clips around the format on the channels of the format or the cast.
Premiere or fan event
The brand appears at the premiere, the finale or a fan event.
Stage or programme slot
A programme slot, a panel or a stage with the brand.
Booth or space
Space on site for a booth, sampling or an activation.
Naming rights
An award, a stage, a game or a feature carries the brand's name.
Merch and co-branding
Joint products, merch or a giveaway.
Custom package
Anything you put together freely.
Every package gets a fixed price, a starting price or “on request” – plus, if you like, the number of places, exclusivity per industry and a booking deadline. Industries that don't fit your format can be excluded.

Frequently asked questions
What does it cost?
Pario is free for formats during the launch phase. The money for a sponsorship never flows through Pario – contract and invoice run directly between you and the brand.
Who sees my numbers?
Only brands and agencies that Pario has approved and that are signed in to Pario. Only you and Pario see your proofs. If you switch on your format's public page, it shows no numbers and no prices.
Do I have to share numbers?
Yes. Brands decide on a sponsorship based on numbers. You share at least one reach number and details on your audience – which numbers fit depends on your format. New formats without a released season share a forecast or the reach of their cast.
How long does the review take?
We usually review your format account within one working day. You can create your format before that and submit it for review once your account is approved. We look at every submitted format personally too – you get an email each time.
Does the money go through Pario?
No. Pario brings you together – contract and invoice run directly between you and the brand or agency. Pario is not involved in the payment.
Which formats fit?
Video series and shows, short-video series, podcasts, livestream formats and events – and anything in between, for example a TV show or a newsletter. What matters is that you are allowed to offer your format's sponsorships.
What happens with a request?
You get an email and answer in Pario: start a conversation or decline. Once you start the conversation, you both see each other's contact details. Answer within 21 days – otherwise the request expires.
